dc.descriptionThe present case study is about the work environment of the commercial Pio Lindo, the objective is to analyze the work environment maintained by the commercial and the perception of its collaborators, about its activities that are developed within it and its functional trajectory of the type of work performed by each of the employees of the organization, the negative effects of maintaining a conflictive work environment, work stress, lack of leadership, communication, when solving the internal problems of the company. This case deals with the perception that the collaborators have of the internal environment of the company, and their personal behavior regarding the fundamental parts that must form a good working environment in the Pio Lindo commercial, which due to carelessness of the highest authority is not organized and that in turn determine the shortcomings that are observed by the employees of this organization, using support to obtain information, a descriptive and explanatory methodology is used that allows an analysis of the current situation of the commercial object of study. According to the results obtained from the analysis of the surveys, the same one that included the participation of all the collaborators and the manager of the commercial, a level of dissatisfaction is noted on the part of the workers, who do not have adequate communication. By their leader, causing joint decisions not to be made when a conflict occurs, generating tension and stress in them by having an additional burden to solve, by not receiving a positive response from their leader, they become discouraged and do not give their better job performance.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso es sobre el clima laboral del comercial Pio Lindo, el objetivo es analizar el clima laboral que mantiene el comercial y la percepción de sus colaboradores, sobre sus actividades que se desarrollan al interior de ella y su trayectoria funcional del tipo de trabajo que desempeñan cada uno de los empleados de la organización, los efectos negativos que tiene por mantener un clima laboral conflictivo, estrés laboral, la falta de liderazgo, comunicación, al momento de resolver los problemas internos de la empresa. Este caso se trata sobre la percepción que tienen los colaboradores del ambiente interno de la empresa, y su comportamiento personal respecto a las partes fundamentales que deben formar un buen clima laboral en el comercial Pio Lindo, que por descuidos de la máxima autoridad no está organizada y que a su vez determinan las falencias que son observadas por el empleados de esta organización, usando de apoyo para obtener información se usa una metodología descriptiva y explicativa que permita hacer un análisis de la situación actual del comercial objeto de estudio. De acuerdo a los resultados que se obtuvo del análisis de las encuestas, la misma que contó con la participación de todos los colaboradores y el gerente del comercial, se nota un nivel de insatisfacción por parte de los trabajadores, que no cuentan con la comunicación adecuada por parte de su líder, provocando que no se puedan tomar decisiones conjuntas al momento de ocurrir un conflicto, generando tensión y estrés en ellos al tener carga adicional por solucionar, al no recibir respuesta positiva de su líder, ellos se desmotivan y no dan su mejor rendimiento laboral.es_ES
