dc.descriptionThe present research work addressed the subject related to academic performance in the Puebloviejo Educational Unit, Los Ríos, which has been evidenced as a weak point in the training process in students and that this weakness has been consolidated in the context of the pandemic, not having a domain of management and use of virtual tools, this work aimed to determine the way in which the web tool Classroom influences academic performance in the Puebloviejo Educational Unit. The methodology had a purpose such as Applied, mixed approach and a Descriptive and Explanatory (causal) scope, where the design was non-experimental, cross-sectional, a census sample made up of 31 teachers from the Puebloviejo educational unit was obtained. The results showed that the use of the web classroom tools has been gaining a more accentuated presence in the use made by teachers and students, as well as the implementation and correct use are increasing and contribute to the dynamics of the teaching-learning process, of another On the other hand, it has been shown that performances and yields increase with the proper application of techniques by teachers. Concluding that the present investigation determines that the way in which the Classroom web tool variables are related to academic performance is high, with a high positive correlation of r = 0.876, showing that when using the web tool efficiently, the performance will be better and that, if the opposite situation occurred, it would be that a poor use of the tool, the performance would be very low.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación abordó la temática referida al rendimiento académico en la Unidad Educativa Puebloviejo, Los Ríos, el mismo que se ha evidenciado como un punto débil en el proceso formativo en los estudiantes y que esa debilidad se ha afianzado en el contexto de la pandemia, al no tener un dominio de manejo y uso de herramientas virtuales, este trabajo tuvo como objetivo Determinar la forma en que la herramienta web Classroom influye en el rendimiento académico en la Unidad Educativa Puebloviejo. La metodología tuvo un propósito como Aplicado, enfoque mixto y alcance Descriptivo y Explicativo (causal), donde el diseño fue no experimental de corte transversal, se obtuvo una muestra censal de 31 docentes de la unidad educativa Puebloviejo. Los resultados mostraron que el uso de la herramientas web classroom viene cobrando una presencia más acentuada en el uso que hacen docentes y estudiantes, así también la implementación y el correcto uso van incrementándose y contribuyen al proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje, asimismo, los desempeños y rendimientos se incrementan con la adecuada aplicación de técnicas por parte de los docentes. Concluyendo que la presente investigación determina que la manera en que se relacionan las variables Herramienta web Classroom frente al rendimiento académico es alta, con una correlación positiva alta de r=0.876, evidenciando que frente a un eficiente uso de la herramienta web, el rendimiento será mejor.es_ES
