| dc.description | This research project studies the use of simulators to facilitate the teaching process in the Siete de Octubre Higher Technological Institute of the Quevedo canton, an analysis was made of the current state of the academic process of the Higher Education Institution where the deficiencies in terms of the practices in laboratories and workshops, therefore there is a need to apply digital tools as support in the knowledge transfer processes for the subjects that require putting into practice real experiments such as physics and electronics. Likewise, the Siete de Octubre Higher Technological Institute of the Quevedo canton has three careers that are: Higher Technology in Electricity, Higher Technology in Automotive Mechanics and Higher Technology in Industrial Mechanics, which are technical and 100% practical careers, it is essential the use of virtual simulators in the experimentation of real phenomena since training in technique and technology based on engineering is given. The analysis of the work shows that there is a low percentage of teachers who use simulators in practice, therefore, a plan of virtual simulators is proposed to facilitate the teaching process at the Siete de Octubre Higher Technological Institute. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto de investigación estudia el uso de simuladores para facilitar el proceso enseñanza en el Instituto Superior Tecnológico Siete de Octubre del cantón Quevedo, se hizo un análisis del estado actual del proceso académico de la Institución de Educación Superior donde se evidenciaron las carencias en cuanto a las prácticas en laboratorios y talleres, por tanto existe la necesidad de la aplicación herramientas digitales como apoyo en los procesos de transferencia de conocimiento para las asignaturas que requieren poner en práctica experimentos reales como física y electrónica. Así mismo el Instituto Superior Tecnológico Siete de Octubre del cantón Quevedo, cuenta con tres carreras que son: Tecnología Superior en Electricidad, Tecnología Superior en Mecánica Automotriz y Tecnología Superior en Mecánica Industrial, las mismas que son carreras técnicas y 100% practicas, es imprescindible el uso de los simuladores virtuales en la experimentación de fenómenos reales puesto que se imparte una formación en técnica y tecnología con bases en la ingeniería. Del análisis del trabajo se desprende que existe un bajo porcentaje de docentes que utilizan simuladores en la práctica, por tanto, se propone un plan de simuladores virtuales para facilitar el proceso de enseñanza en el Instituto Superior Tecnológico Siete de Octubre. | es_ES |
