| dc.description | The Cantón Quevedo is a tourist city located on the Ecuadorian coast of the province of Los Ríos, Quevedo provides a deep cultural and artistic feeling in the streets we can remember anecdotes of what it was like to live the past, its legends and its customs that will always be present. “Ruta del Río”, built by the municipality in agreement with the Los Ríos Prefecture, generates many fundamental aspects for the city. Currently there is a project that is being developed and the purpose of which is to provide free land to entrepreneurs through a loan so that they can build and install their tourist businesses. The undertakings must be for accommodation, food, beverages, tourist operations, gyms and sports. Taking into account that the requirements are that the entrepreneur present his tourism project and that he has the budget for its execution. Building standards must be rustic and environmentally friendly. Tourism activities are linked to the tourism promotion of the same, in Ecuador the Ministry of Tourism is the regulatory body that promotes national tourism activities with potential and access for international tourists, this research project seeks to analyze tourism services to generate a Social and economic radiography of the activities to be carried out on the “Ruta Del Rio”, its development and points to improve to attract internal and external tourists. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El Cantón Quevedo es una ciudad turística se encuentra ubicado en la costa ecuatoriana de la provincia de Los Ríos, Quevedo brinda un profundo sentimiento cultural y artístico en las calles podemos recordar anécdotas de lo que fue vivir el pasado sus leyendas y sus costumbres que siempre estarán presentes. “Ruta del Río” construida por la municipalidad en acuerdo con la Prefectura de Los Ríos, genera muchos aspectos fundamentales para la ciudad. En la actualidad existe un proyecto que se está desarrollando y que tiene como finalidad facilitar terrenos sin costo a los emprendedores a través de un comodato a fin de que puedan construir e instalar sus negocios turísticos. Los emprendimientos deben ser de alojamiento, alimentación, bebidas, operaciones turísticas, gimnasios y deportes. Teniendo en cuenta que los requisitos son que el emprendedor presente su proyecto turístico y que cuente con el presupuesto para la ejecución del mismo. Los estándares de la edificación deben ser rústicos y amigables con el ambiente. Las actividades turísticas están ligadas a la promoción turística del mismo, en el Ecuador el ministerio de Turismo es el ente regulador que promueve las actividades turísticas nacionales con potencial y acceso para el turista internacional, el presente proyecto investigativo busca analizar los servicios turísticos para generar una radiografía social y económica de las actividades a desarrollarse en la “Ruta Del Rio”, su desarrollo y puntos a mejorar para atraer el turista interno y externo. | es_ES |
