| dc.description | The purpose of the study was to analyze the situation of the public management of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the canton Vinces, province of Los Rios and to know each of the competences that the department of public management has, it is important since it allows to have clear that attributions has and the type of works that the same one that are carried out in pursuit of the citizenship and of the reaches of its reason to be within institution. This research work was developed taking into account each of the schemes presented being supervised by those who are knowledgeable of the subject that contributed significantly in the development of this research, the institutional analysis was taken into account to see the scope that may have this research and its outcome. The external environment of the institution was analyzed separately, focusing on opportunities and threats, and the different non-controllable situations; the analysis of the internal environment, on the other hand, has the purpose of studying the controllable characteristics of the entity, aspects that facilitated the optimization of strengths and the control of weaknesses. A guide of the situational analysis was applied to improve the environment of the public management of the users of the canton Vinces, it is important to orient in attracting the attention of the citizens being known an organization directed for the service of the citizenship. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El estudio tuvo como propósito Analizar la situación de la gestión pública del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Vinces, provincia de Los Ríos y conocer cada una de las competencias que tiene el departamento de gestión públicas, es importante ya que permite tener claro que atribuciones tiene y el tipo de obras que el mismo que se realizan en pos de la ciudadanía y de los alcances de su razón de ser dentro de institución. El presente trabajo investigativo fue desarrollado teniendo en cuenta cada uno de los esquemas presentados siendo supervisados por quienes son conocedores del tema que aportado significativamente en el desarrollo de esta investigación, se tomaron en cuenta el análisis institucional para ver el alcance que puede tener esta investigación y su resultado. Se analizaron, por separado, el ambiente externo de la institución, enfocando las oportunidades y amenazas, y las diferentes situaciones no controlables; el análisis del ambiente interno, por su parte, tiene por finalidad el estudio de las características controlables de la entidad, aspectos que facilitaron la optimización de las fortalezas y el control de las debilidades. Se aplicó una guía del análisis situacional para mejorar el entorno de la gestión pública de los usuarios del cantón Vinces, es importante oorientar en llamar la atención de los ciudadanos dándose a conocer una organización direccionada para el servicio de la ciudadanía. | es_ES |
