| dc.description.abstract | La investigación planteada, trata sobre el tema de seguridad y hospitalidad y su incidencia en el turismo del cantón Quevedo, año 2021, aplicando la técnica de la encuesta se logró identificar los principales inconvenientes en el sector turístico, determinado que la falta de control y planificación en cuanto al control de la delincuencia ha influido de manera negativa en el turismo debido que mediante esta modalidad, cada día crece el número de personas que son víctimas de asaltos, estafas, extorsiones, lo que ha generado una mala imagen para el cantón, donde los turistas prefieren otros destinos que les brinden mayor seguridad, otro de los problemas que se encontró que no hay información turística, donde se informe a los visitantes sobre las zonas del entorno quevedeño son seguras visitar, los turistas que llegan a Quevedo acuden a determinado sitios que si bien son atractivo turísticos, es preferible ir en grupos resguardando la seguridad unos a otros evitando ser una de las víctimas de la delincuencia que opera en la ciudad. Sin duda alguna Quevedo posee hermosos entornos naturales, tradición y cultura donde se pueden realizar diversas actividades turísticas, es necesario que este potencial se aproveche planteando proyectos de ley donde la seguridad ciudadana sea atendida como una emergencia, también incluir capacitaciones para que los comerciantes brinden un servicio eficiente y hospitalario al turista y este vuelva nuevamente. | es_ES |
