| dc.description | This research process is based on the broad observation of multiple socioeconomic sectors and the sustainable development of tourism according to the hotel industries. Its purpose is to study and analyze the impacts of sustainable practices in hotel management of greater economic impact of a specific area of the canton to the country, the system for socio-cultural development and commercial sustainability in hotel tourism, is to achieve a business balance that is feasible and ensures organizational sustainability of the same. Tourism is one of the most important factors in economic development in the cultural sphere due to the diversity of favorable activities it acquires in the global economic expansion. The provisioning of the organization gives a competitive advantage to the improvement of the hotel services programs, obtaining a positive impact to the economic and tourist development on all contribution made to the bibliographic review in depth to each sector studied. for such reason it is not acceptable that the behavior and treatment towards the tourist is neat and integral in what refers to the services offered. contributing as a conclusion that the hotel industry is part of the economy and sustainability of cultural management, since its profits benefit the owners, workers and the canton in the socioeconomic sector. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este proceso investigativo se basa en la amplia observación de múltiples sectores socioeconómicos y el desarrollo sostenible del turismo de acuerdo a las industrias hoteleras su finalidad es estudiar y analizar los impactos de las practicas sostenibles en la gestión hotelera de mayor impacto económico de una zona en concreta del cantón hacia el país, el sistema para el desarrollo sociocultural y sostenibilidad comercial en el turismo hotelero, es lograr un equilibrio empresarial que sea factible y que garantice la sostenibilidad organizacional del mismo. El turismo es uno de los factores más importantes en el desarrollo económico en el ámbito cultural debido a la diversidad de actividades favorables que adquiere en la expansión económica global. El aprovisionamiento de la organización da una ventaja competitiva al mejoramiento de los programas de servicios hoteleros, obteniendo un impacto positivo al desarrollo económico y turístico sobre toda aportación realizada a la revisión bibliográfica en profundidad a cada sector estudiado. por tal razón no es aceptable que el comportamiento y trato hacia el turista sea pulcro e integral en lo referido a los servicios ofrecidos. contribuyendo como conclusión que la industria hotelera forma parte de la economía y sostenibilidad de gestión cultural, ya que sus ganancias benefician a los propietarios, trabajadores y al cantón en el sector socioeconómico. | es_ES |
