| dc.description | This research project focuses on knowing how the environmental impact of tourism influences the environmental development of the canton of Valencia. Today, environmental impact is an issue that greatly concerns world leaders who meet and propose different types of strategies with the purpose of finding the appropriate mechanisms that provide solutions to the environmental wear and tear that the planet currently suffers. In the canton of Valencia, belonging to the province of Los Ríos, a social change has also been experienced, as a result of the tourist development that occurs, in recent times, part of these changes has been seen as positive since through demand, enterprises are generated. They create jobs; however, it also has its negative side since agglomeration, commerce, the little citizen culture in caring for natural areas affects the ecosystems being altered, organic and inorganic solid waste increases, becoming a true source of pollution. Due to these inconveniences, it is necessary proposals focused on public awareness of environmental care so that in this way a responsible and sustainable tourism can be developed with society. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto investigativo se centra en conocer como el impacto ambiental turístico influye en el desarrollo ambiental del cantón Valencia hoy en día el impacto ambiental es un tema que preocupa de gran manera a los líderes mundiales quienes se reúnen y proponen diferentes tipos de estrategias con la finalidad de encontrar los mecanismos adecuados que brinden soluciones al desgates ambiental que sufre el planeta actualmente. En el cantón valencia perteneciente a la provincia de los Ríos también ha experimentado un cambio social, fruto del desarrollo turístico que se da, en los últimos tiempos, parte de estos cambios se han sido vistos como positivo ya que mediante la demanda se generan emprendimientos se crean empleos, sin embargo, también tiene su lado negativo ya que la aglomeración, el comercio, la poca cultura ciudadana en cuidar las áreas naturales incide a que se altere el ecosistemas, aumente los desechos sólidos orgánicos e inorgánicos convirtiéndose en un verdadero foco de contaminación. Debido a estos inconvenientes es necesario propuestas enfocadas en la concientización ciudadana del cuidado ambiental para que de esta manera se pueda desarrollar un turismo responsable y sustentable con la sociedad. | es_ES |
