dc.description.abstract | Las Relaciones Públicas dentro de una empresa cumplen un papel muy importante, cuidar la imagen, resolver conflictos, informar sobre las actividades realizadas por la empresa y mantener una buena relación entre la empresa y el público; es fundamental que toda empresa genere confianza con la audiencia para así poder comunicar de forma estratégica sobre sus actividades. La imagen corporativa no solo es una identidad visual que se presenta a la audiencia, es la percepción que tienen el público sobre la empresa, facilita que la persona se identifique y pueda reconocer a la empresa con simples palabras o imágenes, identificándose con la empresa y creando vínculos emocionales, sobre todo la seguridad que la empresa da a cada uno de sus clientes. El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Quevedo cuenta con el Departamento de Relaciones Públicas donde los encargados están a la vanguardia de crear vínculos efectivos con la ciudadanía Quevedeña, crear la confianza necesaria y ofrecer servicio de comunicación efectivos a la comunidad; para saber si el trabajo que realiza el departamento de Relaciones Públicas en relación con la Imagen Corporativa y la comunicación es efectiva y confiable se realizará encuestas donde apreciaremos la percepción de la audiencia quienes serán la población Quevedeña y se podrá observar cómo y dónde se deberá realizar cambios en la comunicación estratégica por parte del GAD Municipal para así poder cumplir con trabajo eficaz y confiable. | es_ES |
