| dc.description | The work is important since it seeks to know if the infographic is known and used by the inhabitants of the San Camilo parish of the Quevedo canton, the infographic has become an important tool that allows the presentation of information in a synthesized way using graphics, images, maps and other tools that allow you to have an interesting final product that makes users understand a specific topic or news item. For the development of the research, a methodological design was carried out under a qualitative-quantitative approach, methods (inductive, deductive and analytical) and research techniques (survey composed of 6 questions) were used that have provided the means for the execution of the objectives proposed; For the identification of the population composed of 50,000 inhabitants of the San Camilo parish, data was taken from the INEC, and for the calculation of the sample the formula of Qualitative Variables with a finite population or of known size was applied, which was located in 382 respondents . The results show that if there is significant knowledge of infographics by the inhabitants of the San Camilo parish, they know about its characteristics and its classes, however knowing them does not mean that they know how to do them since they have only observed them in books or magazines but have not made or designed one, for which it is concluded that training talks should be given to the inhabitants of this parish so that they learn to design infographics and help them in their work study or in understanding any type of information. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo es de importancia ya que busca conocer si la infografía es conocida y utilizada por los habitantes de la parroquia San Camilo del cantón Quevedo, la infografía se ha convertido en una herramienta importante que permite la presentación de información manera sintetizada empleando gráficos, imágenes mapas y demás herramientas que permite tener un producto final interesante que hace que los usuarios comprendan una temática o noticia en específico. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se realizó un diseño metodológico bajo un enfoque cuali-cuantitativo, se emplearon métodos (inductivo, deductivo y analítico) y técnicas (encuesta compuestas por 6 interrogantes) de investigación que han proporcionado los medios para la ejecución de los objetivos propuestos; para la identificación de la población compuesta por 50000 habitantes de la parroquia San Camilo se tomó datos del INEC, y para el cálculo de la muestra se aplicó la fórmula de Variables Cualitativas con población finita o de tamaño conocido, misma que se ubicó en 382 encuestados. Los resultados evidencian que si existe un conocimiento significativo de la infografía por parte de los habitantes de la parroquia San Camilo, conocen sobre las características de los mismo y sus clases, sin embargo conocerlos no significa que los saben realizar ya que solo los han observado en libros o revistas mas no han realizado o diseñado uno, por lo cual se concluye que se deberían brindar charlas de capacitación a los habitantes de esta parroquia para que aprendan a diseñar infografías y les ayuden en su trabajo estudio o en la comprensión de cualquier tipo de información. | es_ES |
