| dc.description | Nowadays, the new information and communication technologies offer new diversities of means and resources to contribute to teaching, however, the available technology is not the factor that should determine the new models, procedures, or didactic strategies. The creation of a new virtual learning environment inspires in the best pedagogy theories as an educational technological tool are of great help due to its accessibility in any technical or scientific área, it promotes a new competitive and efficient learning highlighting that it is innovated with an inclusive process, motivating and significant, since the most common change is made to the use of a multimedia, interactive and applicative language using different modalities of synchronous activities blogs, maps, conceptual and online time lines. Virtual communication media have also been presented in educational institutions in Ecuador, becoming an aid to tools and advances in technology and communication, one of the fields that is taking advantage of is education, since the internet is a effective means of guaranteeing communication, interaction and the sending of information. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Hoy en día las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación ofrecen nuevas diversidades de medios y recursos para contribuir en la enseñanza sin embargo no es la tecnología disponible el factor que debe determinar los nuevos modelos, procedimientos, o estrategias didácticas. La creación de un nuevo ambiente virtual de aprendizaje inspira en las mejores teorías de pedagogía como una herramienta tecnológica educativa son de gran ayuda por su accesibilidad en cualquier área técnica o científica promueve un nuevo aprendizaje competitivo y eficiente, resaltando que es innovado con un proceso inclusivo, motivador y significativo, pues se efectúan el cambio de lo más común al uso de un lenguaje multimedia, interactivo y aplicativo empleando diferentes modalidades de actividades sincrónica como; chat, video conferencias y actividades asincrónicas: blogs, mapas, conceptuales y lineales de tiempo online. Los medios de comunicación virtuales también se han presentado en las instituciones educativas de Ecuador, convirtiéndose en una ayuda de herramientas y los avances en la tecnología y en la comunicación, uno de los campos que está aprovechando es la educación, ya que el internet es un medio eficaz para garantizar la comunicación, la interacción y él envió de información. | es_ES |
