| dc.description | The general objective was to define the influence of digital communication on the socioeconomic development of the digital medium "Windows City HD" of the canton Windows year 2021. The present study will be carried out using the research methodology with the descriptive and explanatory types. The technique used is the survey part of both variables and the instrument is the questionnaire for both variables. The 4 administrative members of the digital medium "Windows City HD" were taken as the study population and as a sample the census population is constituted; that is, the 4 workers. The main conclusion was that the growth and adaptation of the Internet and ICTs as channels and spaces for communication and participation is the main opportunity for the implementation of actions and strategies that take advantage of the benefits that these tools can provide. The philosophy of the production company is well implemented but is not transmitted correctly, the use of these technologies helps to achieve the objectives in a dynamic of modern communication and participation. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo general fue definir la influencia de la comunicación digital en el desarrollo socioeconómico del medio digital “Windows City HD” del cantón Ventanas año 2021. El presente estudio se llevará a cabo utilizando la metodología de la investigación con los tipos descriptivo y el explicativo. La técnica que se utiliza es la encuesta parta ambas variables y el instrumento es el cuestionario para ambas variables. Se tomó como población de estudio a los 4 miembros administrativos del medio digital “Windows City HD” y como muestra se constituye a la población censal; es decir a los 4 trabajadores. La conclusión principal fue que el crecimiento y la adaptación del Internet y las TIC’s como canales y espacios de comunicación y participación es la principal oportunidad para la implementación de acciones y estrategias que aprovechen los beneficios que estas herramientas pueden brindar. La filosofía de la productora está bien implementada pero no es transmitida correctamente, el uso de estas tecnologías ayuda a que se alcances los objetivos en una dinámica de comunicación moderna y de participación. | es_ES |
