dc.descriptionPhysical education classes have changed with this new way of giving and receiving classes, educational institutions have changed from face-to-face to virtual and their interactions are limited so that only the practice of physical activity is emotional and students should be put into practice in isolation and without greater control than that of their parents, showing health problems for students caused by lack of exercise and poor nutrition. The objective of this research work is aimed at analyzing how physical education influences the nutrition of the students of the Adolfo María Astudillo school in the city of Babahoyo, for which the potentialities of physical education and the possibilities were theoretically based that can be applied to develop sports habits related to nutrition .. For the development of the study, the research methodology was used, composed of the design that expresses its qualitative and cross-sectional approach, then there is the modality that is documentary and field, followed by the type of descriptive research, the methods that are inductive- deductive and analytical-synthetic, data collection techniques such as observation, anthropometric assessment and surveys, applied to a sample of 80 students, the results showed that physical education does influence sports motivation and nutrition of the students and the construction of a training program related to eating and nutritional habits was proposed.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLas clases de educación física han cambiado con esta nueva forma de dar y recibir las clases, las instituciones educativas han cambiado de la forma presencial a virtual y sus interacciones son limitadas por lo que solo s emotiva la práctica de la actividad física y el estudiantes los debe poner en práctica de forma aislada y sin mayor control que el de sus padres, evidenciándose problemas en la salud e los estudiantes ocasionados por la falta de ejercicios y la mal nutrición. El objetivo del presente trabajo investigativo se orienta a analizar de qué manera la educación física influye en la nutrición de los estudiantes de la escuela Adolfo María Astudillo de la ciudad de Babahoyo, para lo cual se fundamentó teóricamente las potencialidades de la educación física y las posibilidades que se pueden aplicar para desarrollar hábitos deportivos relacionados con la nutrición.. Para el desarrollo del estudio se utilizó la metodología de la investigación, compuesta por el diseño que expresa su enfoque cualitativo y transversal, luego se tiene la modalidad que es documental y de campo, seguido del tipo de investigación descriptiva, los métodos que son inductivo- deductivo y analítico-sintético, las técnicas de recolección de datos como la observación, la valoración antropométrica y las encuestas, aplicadas a una muestra de 80 estudiantes, en los resultados se evidenció que la educación física si influye en la motivación deportiva y la nutrición de los estudiantes y se propuso la construcción de un programa de entrenamiento relacionados con los hábitos alimenticios y nutricionales.es_ES
