dc.description | A cardiovascular exercise guide will be developed for people with overweight and scoliosis. The purpose of which is to provide them with security so that they are not afraid to perform these exercises and aggravate the degree of their pathology. Overweight is an increase in body weight that can be harmful to health, this is measured through the body mass index (BMI), which is a simple indicator of the relationship between weight and height that is frequently used to identify overweight in individuals. It is calculated by dividing a person's weight in kilos by the square of their height in meters (kg / m2). That is why the realization of the guide is important because it allows to benefit those who are overweight and scoliosis, so that they can lead a healthy life and an adequate body weight. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Se elaborará una guía de ejercicios cardiovascular para personas con sobrepeso y escoliosis. La cual tiene como finalidad brindarles seguridad para que no tengan temor de realizar estos ejercicios y agravar el grado de su patología. El sobrepeso es un incremento del peso corporal que puede ser perjudicial para la salud, este es medido a través del índice de masa corporal (IMC), que es un indicador simple de la relación entre el peso y la talla que se utiliza frecuentemente para identificar el sobrepeso en los individuos. Se calcula dividiendo el peso de una persona en kilos por el cuadrado de su talla en metros (kg/m2). Es por ello que la realización de la guía es importante porque permite beneficiar a quienes tienen sobrepeso y escoliosis, para que así puedan llevar una vida saludable y un peso corporal adecuado. | es_ES |
