dc.descriptionThe increase in entrepreneurship within the Province of Los Ríos, means that business models have become a fundamental instrument, since they involve elements that influence the business and the market, as well as a starting point to create initiatives of innovation and thus be able to obtain notoriety of the company through content marketing and networks. The Canvas business model is an instrument that supports the deployment of adequate skills for businesses or entrepreneurs to generate value. The objective of the case study is to present the Canvas business model as a successful business model before starting the management of the digital marketing segment, together with the Canva software in the enterprises within the Province of Los Ríos, presenting as four success stories in which it is; Abc Technology, Fuente De Papel, Vitae Express Quevedo, Bohemian Style through the use of this methodology and website. The methodology carried out in the research was qualitative, since only one interview and observation sheet were carried out, filling them, not probabilistic, and the size of the sample was from a group of entrepreneurs from the Province of Los Ríos. The results showed the feasibility of the project, which is why it is concluded that the Canvas business model is an effective tool in the structuring of business models, since it considers all the necessary key aspects of a business, likewise the Canva software is an Free design tool with essential tools to successfully manage and create quality content. Likewise, the incidence and influence of the networks within each of the undertakings was seen.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl incremento del emprendimiento dentro de la Provincia de Los Ríos, hace que los modelos de negocio se hayan trasformado en un instrumento fundamental, puesto que conllevan elementos que influyen en el negocio y el mercado, así mismo son un punto de partida para crear iniciativas de innovación y así poder obtener notoriedad de la empresa a través del marketing de contenido y redes. El modelo de negocios Canvas, es un instrumento que admite desplegar habilidades adecuadas para que los negocios o emprendedores generen valor. El objetivo del estudio de caso es dar a conocer el modelo de negocios Canvas como un modelo de negocio acertado antes de comenzar la gestión del segmento de marketing digital, en conjunto del software Canva en los emprendimientos dentro de la Provincia de Los Ríos, presentando como cuatro casos de éxito en las que esta; Abc Technology, Fuente De Papel, Vitae Express Quevedo, Estilo Bohemio mediante el uso de esta metodología y sitio web. La metodología realizada en la investigación fue cualitativa, ya que solo se realizó una entrevista y ficha de observación, el llenado de la mismas, no probabilísticos, y el tamaño de la muestra fue de un grupo de emprendedores de la Provincia de los Ríos. Los resultados mostraron la factibilidad del proyecto por lo que se concluye que el modelo de negocios Canvas es una herramienta efectiva en la estructuración de los modelos de negocio, ya que considera todos los aspectos clave necesarios de un negocio, así mismo el software Canva es una herramienta de diseño sin costo con herramientas esenciales para manejar y crear contenido de calidad con éxito. Así mismo se vio la incidencia e influencia de las redes dentro de cada uno de los emprendimientos.es_ES
