dc.descriptionIn this case study, emphasis is placed on the Burnout syndrome and the individual's state of mind, this is of great interest in recent decades, which is why it is present in professionals from different areas (doctors, nurses, public servants in general). Although it emerges with more growth in the personnel of health areas and those who maintain direct contact with groups of people on a daily basis. That is why the problem, it is presumed that contextual factors is the root for generating a temporary or permanent degree, among them there is a relationship with personal and social factors, which give notion to the emergence of the syndrome, this directly impacts health of the human being and in the same way affects physical and mental health, since many collaborators think that spending more hours in the office reduces the chances of losing their job, without taking into account that a good employee is not measured by the time that It happens in the company, but for the productivity and contribution from the performance of their position to the benefit of the organizational objectives. Burnout is present in these factors, a high level of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization and personal fulfillment arise. Instruments such as the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) questionnaire were used for Burnout syndrome, Hamilton anxiety test and finally Beck Depression test, the importance of applying these tests was to clarify the signs and symptoms with mention of Burnout, mentioning the objective, which is to establish the incidence of Burnout syndrome in the mood of a worker who works in the Municipality of Canton Ventana’s. Likewise, the corresponding psychological care was carried out, to clarify the therapeutic scheme in this way, the levels of tension, irritability and fatigue were decreased, to prevent future associated mental illnesses.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente estudio de caso, se hace énfasis al síndrome de Burnout y el estado anímico del individuo, esto resulta de gran interés en las últimas décadas motivo por el cual se hace presente en profesionales de distintas áreas (médicos, enfermeros, servidores públicos en general). A pesar que surge con más auge en el personal de áreas de la sanidad y quienes mantienen contacto directo con grupos de personas diariamente. Es por esto que la problemática, se presume que los factores contextuales es la raíz para que se genere un grado transitorios o permanente, entre ellos existe relación con factores personales y sociales, que dan noción al surgimiento del síndrome, esto impacta directamente en la salud del ser humano y de igual manera incide en la salud física y mental, ya que muchos colaboradores piensan que estando más horas en la oficina disminuyen las probabilidades de perder su trabajo, sin tener en cuenta que un buen empleado no se mide por el tiempo que pasa en la empresa, sino por la productividad y aporte desde el desempeño de su cargo al beneficio de los objetivos organizacionales. En estos factores está presente el Burnout surge un alto nivel de agotamiento emocional y de despersonalización y la realización personal. Por su parte se utilizaron instrumentos como el cuestionario Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), para el síndrome de Burnout, test de ansiedad Hamilton y por último test de Depresión de Beck, la importancia de la aplicación de estos test fue para clarificar los signos y síntomas con mención a al Burnout, haciendo mención al objetivo, que es establecer la incidencia del síndrome de Burnout en el estado de ánimo de un trabajador que labora en el Municipio del Cantón Ventanas. Así mismo se realizó la atención psicológica correspondiente, para clarificar el esquema terapéutico de esta manera se disminuyó los niveles de tensión, irritabilidad y cansancio, para prevenir futuras enfermedades mentales asociadas.es_ES
