dc.descriptionThe present research aims to analyze a case of moderate depression in a 17-year-old adolescent and its influence on the family, for which we will present this case for study where step by step, the therapeutic process will decrease the symptoms of the patient. The treatment applied to the patient is expected to be effective for other cases of depression in adolescents; for which we are using several resources such as: The Clinical History, the observation and the semi-structured interview. The depression test (Beck's Depression Inventory) and the Hamilton anxiety test were also applied, which were essential for the final diagnosis based on the differential. It should be noted that depression does not have a specific origin but, rather, the dysfunctional state is caused by the environment and a variety of factors that trigger Moderate Depressive Disorder and its symptoms range from anhedonia to emotional problems and affective relationships. In this way, a comprehensive study will also be carried out on depression and its incidence in intra-personal relationships, we will closely observe its symptoms and the application of appropriate therapy. The justification details the contribution, importance, viability, beneficiaries and feasibility of this research, making reference to the family and the social environment that the adolescent or adolescents live since they are those factors that can cause a relapse or are emotional support. that the patient needs and can overcome their adversities making use of the resources learned in therapy.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como objetivo el análisis de un caso de depresión moderada en un adolecente de 17 años y la influencia de este en la familia, por lo cual expondremos este caso a estudio donde paso a paso, el proceso terapéutico ira disminuyendo la sintomatología del paciente. Se espera que el tratamiento aplicado en él paciente sea efectivo para otros casos de depresión en adolecentes; por lo cual aremos uso de varios recursos como son: La Historia Clínica, la observación y la entrevista semi estructurada. También se aplicó el test de depresión (Inventario de Depresión de Beck) como el test de ansiedad de Hamilton los cuales fueron esenciales para el diagnóstico final partiendo del diferencial. Cabe recalcar que la depresión no tiene un origen determinado sino, más bien el estado disfuncional es provocado por el entorno y una variedad de factores que desencadena el Trastorno Depresivo Moderado y su sintomatología va desde anhedonia hasta problemas emocionales y en las relaciones afectivas. Así también se realizará un estudio amplio sobre la depresión y su incidencia en las relaciones intra personales, observaremos de cera su sintomatología y la aplicación de la terapia adecuada. En la justificación se detalla el aporte, la importancia, viabilidad, beneficiarios y la factibilidad de esta investigación, haciendo referencia la familia y el entorno social que el adolecente o adolecentes viven ya que son esos factores que pueden provocar una recaída o son el apoyo emocional que el paciente necesita y pueda superar sus adversidades haciendo uso de los recursos aprendidos en terapia.es_ES
