dc.descriptionThe present case study aims to analyze how anxiety influences the emotional state in a 10-year-old girl from Pangua Canton, on the other hand, it is worth mentioning that after analyzing the girl's medical history, which was carried out using different techniques and tools such as the interview, observation and psychometric tests, an anxiety problem could be verified by applying the Hamilton anxiety test, which reflected the intensity or severity as mild, which determined the diagnosis concerned, complementing even with the Family test, in which affective ambivalence with members of the family system was evidenced. At the same time, the situation presented by the girl was analyzed and once all the results had been verified, it was carried out through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, in which it facilitated us to achieve results such as the modification of behaviors, cognitive distortions, balance and control of emotions, for a better development of the patient in her daily life.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso tiene como objetivo analizar cómo influye la ansiedad en el estado emocional en una niña de 10 años del Cantón Pangua, por otra parte cabe mencionar que luego de analizar la historia clínica de la niña que se llevó a cabo mediante diferentes técnicas y herramientas como la entrevista, la observación y test psicométricos se pudo constatar un problema de ansiedad mediante la aplicación del test de ansiedad de Hamilton, que reflejó la intensidad o severidad como leve, que determinó el diagnóstico concerniente, complementando aun con el test Familia, en la que se evidenció ambivalencia afectiva con los miembros del sistema familiar. Al mismo tiempo analizado la situación que presenta la niña y una vez verificado todos los resultados se ejecutó mediante la Terapia Cognitivo Conductual, en la que nos facilitó conseguir resultados como la modificación de comportamientos, distorsiones cognitivas, equilibrio y control de emociones, para un mejor desenvolvimiento de la paciente en su diario vivir.es_ES
