dc.descriptionThis case study was developed in order to determine the incidence of work stress in the teaching performance of the educational unit "Jaime Roldós Aguilera" since this teacher has been affected in a certain way by changes in work modality as a result of of the covid pandemic. Likewise, work stress is exhibited by excessive pressure that has been presented in the work environment and directly affected their performance as a teacher in the educational unit, so this research will be directed to provide an explanation of the situation for which it comes going through and likewise a solution to this problem to improve their working life style. Within this research, a qualitative methodology was used for the analysis and description of the problem, also accompanied by instruments and techniques for psychological and diagnostic application such as the psychological clinical interview, the medical history and the application of psychometric tests. In order to provide the patient with an acute stress reaction psychodiagnosis, all areas where work stress has had repercussions, such as their cognitions, somatic symptoms that the patient presented as well as the deterioration of family and work relationships, had to be evaluated. which also helped to provide him with a therapeutic program to contribute to his improvement in the teacher's life.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se desarrolló con el fin de determinar la incidencia del estrés laboral en el desempeño docente de la Unidad Educativa “ Jaime Roldós Aguilera” ya que este docente se ha visto afectado en cierta manera a los cambios de modalidad de trabajo a raíz de la pandemia Covid-19. Asimismo, el estrés laboral se exhibe por excesiva presión que se ha presentado en el entorno laboral y afectado de manera directa a su desempeño como docente en la Unidad Educativa, por lo que esta investigación se direccionará a brindarle explicación de la situación por la cual viene atravesando y así mismo una solución a esta problemática par que mejore su estilo de vida laboral. Dentro de esta investigación se utilizó una metodología de carácter cualitativa para el análisis, y descripción del problema así mismo acompañados de instrumentos y técnicas de aplicación psicologica y diagnostica como la entrevista clinica psicologica, la historia clinica y la aplicación de Test Psicométricos. Para brindarle al paciente un Psicodiagnostico de reacción estrés agudo se tuvo que evaluar todas las áreas en donde ha tenido repercusiones el estrés laboral como sus cogniciones, síntomas somáticos que presentaba el paciente así mismo el deterioro de las relaciones familiares y laboral. lo cual también ayudo para brindarle un programa terapéutico para contribuir con su mejoría en la vida del docente .es_ES
