dc.descriptionThe current case study has its origin in the problem of violent behavior due to drug use, specifically “cannabis”. This approach will allow to establish the effects that are generated in these cases; having as object of study a 24-year-old deprived of liberty from the CRS of Babahoyo and how cannabis use affects his behavior. These types of disorders are common in the prison social environment, due to an addictive dopamine gratification, which causes a response from the endocannabinoid system and its psychoactive interpretation; This being a non-experimental study, texts and bibliography of previous works related to addictive behavior were used. It is intended to achieve the cognitive restructuring of automatic thoughts, in which the principles and skills acquired Cognitive Behavioral will be applied, in the execution of the evaluative process, distinctive methodology and techniques were used such as: the HPT personality test, ASSIST addiction test V3.0 and the Salamanca screening test, which corroborated the information on signs or symptoms in abstinence: among the main conclusions obtained in the process, it was confirmed that it is not only drugs that are the causes of violent behaviors, but the personality itself and mental schemas of the subject, acquired throughout his life and the risk factors present in the social confinement center in which the patient is confined.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl actual estudio de caso, tiene su origen en la problemática de la conducta violenta debido al consumo de drogas, específicamente “cannabis” este enfoque permitirá establecer las afectaciones que se generan mediante estos casos; teniendo como objeto de estudio a un joven de 24 años privado de la libertad del CRS de Babahoyo y como el consumo de cannabis repercute en su comportamiento. Este tipo de trastornos son habituales del medio social carcelario, debido a una gratificación dopamina adictiva, que ocasiona una respuesta del sistema endocannabinoide y la interpretación psicoactiva del mismo; siendo este un estudio no experimental se utilizó textos y bibliografía de anteriores trabajos relacionados con la conducta adictiva. Se pretende lograr la restructuración cognitiva de pensamientos automáticos, para lo cual se aplicarán los principios y destrezas adquiridas Cognitivos Conductuales, a la ejecución del proceso valorativo se utilizaron metodología y técnicas distintivas como: el Test de personalidad HPT, Test de adicciones ASSIST V3.0 y el test de screening de Salamanca, los cuales corroboraron la información de signos o síntomas de abstinencia: entre las principales conclusiones obtenidas según el proceso, se confirmó que no son solo las drogas son las causas de las conductas violentas, sino la propia personalidad y esquemas mentales del sujeto, adquiridos a lo largo de su vida y los factores de riesgo presentes en el centro de reclusión social donde se encuentra el paciente.es_ES
