Which presented an alteration of the sensoperception, affecting his quality of life, and his family nucleus. Taking into account that parental affection influences a very important role in the social and cognitive development of a child so that it has a good growth and development. In collecting information, techniques such as semi-structured interview, direct observation, the beck test, and the htp test were used in order to reach a diagnosis, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, through these Automatic thoughts could be detected by doing cognitive restructuring and in this way providing guidelines to the patient for their daily improvement.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se desarrolló en cómo afecta la ausencia de un padre en la infancia de un adolescente de 19 años y como este conduce su vida al consumo de sustancias psicotrópicas en un CETAD del cantón el Empalme. El cual presentaba una alteración de la sensopercepcion, afectándole a su calidad de vida, y su núcleo familiar. Teniendo en cuenta que el afecto paterno influye un rol muy importante en el desarrollo social y cognitivo de un niño para que este tenga un buen crecimiento y desenvolvimiento. En la recogida de información se utilizaron técnicas como la entrevista semi estructurada, la observación directa, el test de Beck, y el test de htp para así llegar a un diagnóstico, así mismo se aplicó técnicas de la terapia cognitivo conductual, por medio de estas se pudo detectar los pensamientos automáticos haciendo reestructuraciones cognitivas y de esta forma brindarle pautas al paciente para su mejora día a día.es_ES
