dc.description | Post-traumatic stress disorder is a disorder that is characterized by being produced by the exposure of a traumatic event, this event can be of a physical, emotional or behavioral nature, which generated a great impact at the mental level in the patient, thus producing the disorder; Symptoms in post-traumatic stress disorder can appear immediately or up to two years after exposure of the event, a characteristic symptomatology is the presence of flashbacks, which are memories of the traumatic event. Although there are different precipitating events that evoke the disorder, this case study focused on physical abuse, this being any voluntary action that causes or may cause injuries, despite the fact that domestic violence is very common, therefore it has been normalized and subtracted Importance, this event of violence is a great trigger for the disorder, being an event of great impact for the person and having a great burden of physical affectation that in turn leads to cognitive, behavioral, emotional and somatic areas thus generating the disorder. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El trastorno de estrés postraumático es un trastorno que se caracteriza por producirse ante la exposición de un evento traumático, este evento puede ser de carácter físico, emocional o conductual, el cual generó un gran impacto a nivel psíquico en el paciente produciendo así el trastorno; la sintomatología en el trastorno de estrés postraumático puede aparecer de forma inmediata o hasta dos años después de la exposición del evento, una sintomatología característica es la presencia de los flashback que son los recuerdos del evento traumático. Aunque existen distintos eventos precipitantes que evocan el trastorno en este estudio de caso se centró en el maltrato físico siendo esta toda acción voluntaria que provoque o pueda provocar lesiones, a pesar de que es muy común la violencia intrafamiliar por ende se la ha normalizado y restado importancia, este evento de violencia es un gran desencadenante del trastorno, al ser un evento de gran impacto para la persona y al tener una gran carga de afectación física que a su vez se desemboca en áreas cognitivas, conductuales, emocionales y somáticas así generando el trastorno. | es_ES |
