The objective of the case study presented below was to identify the relationship between Ulysses Syndrome and H drug use in a patient treated at a CETAD rehabilitation center, for which an exploration process was carried out on the background participant's personal data to determine the start of consumption as well as factors related to their interpersonal and intrinsic personality relationships, for this, tools such as the clinical interview, medical history, the Karen Machover Human Figure Test and the Multiaxial Test were used. of Millon. From the results of the aforementioned tools, it was obtained that the user met the diagnoses for F11 (opiate use), F12 (cannabis use), F14 (cocaine use) associated with F91.2 (socialized conduct disorder) and F43.2 (adjustment disorder), that is, polydrug addiction and dual pathology, all these disorders are part of Ulisses Syndrome, so it was necessary to implement a cognitive-behavioral cutting scheme to suppress or at least reduce the damage that it was causing in the subject, having positive short-term effects, requiring follow-up to motivate adherence to treatment and prevent relapses.es_ES
