dc.descriptionThis case study is developed due to the lived experience as a result of the pre-professional practices in the Adolfo María Astudillo educational unit, on behalf of a fourth-year elementary school boy who is 7 years old and has pathologies related to excessive use of video games with content of violence, triggered by the use of mobile devices, connectivity, lack of control by their parents or legal guardian, among others. Therefore, a scientific - experimental investigation is carried out, in order to obtain specific data, through the structure of the DSM-5 that provide clear specifications to identify internet gaming disorders, the process is developed through the complex examination modality, part practice with the direction to the line of research such as: prevention, diagnosis, evaluation and psychotherapeutic treatment in the clinical field in connection with the subline: change processes and problems associated with addictive behaviors, which allow generating information in relation to the identification of problems, causes and effects, as well as highlighting the importance of the role of parents in the physical and emotional growth of minors, even considering that the modern era and current technology have fractured the family structure as a fundamental basis in society.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste estudio de caso se desarrolla debido a la experiencia vivida producto de las prácticas pre profesionales en la unidad educativa Adolfo María Astudillo, en representación a un niño de cuarto año de básica que poseen 7 años de edad y presentan patologías relacionadas al uso excesivo de videojuegos con contenido de violencia, desencadenado por el uso de dispositivos móviles, la conectividad, falta de control por parte de sus padres o tutor legal, entre otros. Por lo tanto, se realiza un investigación científica – experimental, con la finalidad de obtener datos específicos, mediante la estructura del DSM-5 que brindan especificaciones claras para identificar trastornos de juegos por internet, el proceso se desarrolla mediante la modalidad examen complexivo, parte práctica con el direccionamiento a la línea de investigación tal como: prevención diagnostico evaluación y tratamiento psicoterapéutico en el ámbito clínico en vinculación con la sublínea: procesos de cambios y problemas asociados a conductas adictivas, que permiten generar información en relación a la identificación de problemas, causas y efectos, así como resaltar la importancia del rol de los padres en el crecimiento físico y emocional de los menores, aun considerando que la era moderna y la tecnología vigente ha fractura la estructura familiar como base fundamental en la sociedad.es_ES
