dc.descriptionThe divorce or separation of a couple with children puts an end to the coexistence of both parents together with their children. There can be multiple causes for a divorce, some consequences can be short and long term for the children, especially in those cases in which the divorce has been conflictive. On the other hand, it can have consequences in adult life, presenting a greater risk of psychiatric pathologies or difficulties in interpersonal relationships if an intervention is not carried out that addresses some potentially traumatic situations for the children. The behaviors that are manifested in children as a result of divorce and parental conflict will depend on the age and stage of development of the child, and it is important to recognize them in order to intervene appropriately. The present case study proposes to identify what the psychosocial consequences are and how this situation affects the children of divorced parents, by means of which to be able to identify the psychological pathologies that occur, give a diagnosis and a therapeutic plan. visible and at the same time confirm with the tests that were applied to the young person and determined that this influences emotions and changes in mood, in their personal relationships, becomes depressed and with low self-esteem and if adequate treatment is not done, it could to make fatal decisions, to mitigate the psychological symptoms it was decided to formulate a therapeutic scheme based on cognitive-behavioral therapy.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl divorcio o separación de una pareja con hijos pone fin a la convivencia de ambos padres en conjunto con sus hijos. Puede haber múltiples causas para un divorcio algunas consecuencias pueden ser a corto y largo plazo para los hijos, especialmente en aquellos casos en que el divorcio ha sido conflictivo. Por otra parte puede tener consecuencias en la vida adulta, presentando mayor riesgo de patologías psiquiátricas o dificultades en las relaciones interpersonales si no se realiza una intervención que aborde algunas situaciones potencialmente traumáticas para los hijos. Las conductas que se manifiesten en los hijos a consecuencia del divorcio y el conflicto parental van a depender de la edad y etapa de desarrollo del hijo, siendo importante reconocerlas para poder intervenir de forma adecuada. El presente caso de estudio propone identificar cuáles son las consecuencias psicosociales y como afecta a los hijos de padres divorciados esta situación, mediante ello poder identificar las patologías psicológicas que se presentan, dar un diagnóstico y un plan terapéutico.Las secuelas de este suceso fueron bastante visibles y a la vez confirmar con los test que se aplicaron al joven y determinaron que este influye sobre las emociones y cambios en el estado de ánimo, en sus relaciones personales, se deprime y con un bajo autoestima y si no se hace un tratamiento adecuado podría llegar a tomar decisiones fatales, para mitigar los síntomas psicológicos se resolvió formular un esquema terapéutico fundamentado en la terapia cognitiva-conductual.es_ES
