| dc.description | This case study about the analysis and financial control of the commercial Loayza with SRI registration 1204468217001 which is located in the canton Ventanas at the address; 10 de Agosto Street and Sucre Street, which has the general objective of analyzing and controlling the financial status, we must understand that the analysis and financial control that is with a specific direction to an evaluation of means with the operation to be able to achieve the conditions and percentage of the finances of the commercial. This commercial institution is forced to have an accounting and comply with the debts in the administration or making it impossible to acquire personnel who are trained by the administrative area as well as finance in which the analysis of this case study is allowed. It is important to indicate that the analysis is of a great category to the interval of instituting if a company has a marketing of its diligent impartial and of agreement to the financial insufficiencies of the company. Once the case study was carried out, it was possible to verify that there are drawbacks in the analysis and financial control that it handles is inefficient, in addition to having presented decreases in sales for the 2020 period and considerably reducing its sales. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso acerca del análisis y control financiero del comercial Loayza con registro del SRI 1204468217001 que se encuentra ubicado en el cantón Ventanas en la dirección; calle 10 de agosto y calle Sucre, el cual tiene como objetivo general analizar y controlar el estado financiero, debemos entender que el análisis y control financiero que se encuentra con dirección determinada a una evaluación de medio con el funcionamiento para poder lograr las condiciones y porcentaje de las finanzas del comercial. Esta institución comercial se ve obligada a tener una contabilidad y cumplir con los adeudos en la administración o imposibilitando que sea necesario de adquirir personal que se encuentren capacitado por el área administrativo así mismo de finanzas en el que se permite el análisis de este estudio de caso. Es importante indicar que el análisis es de gran categoría al intervalo de instituir si una compañía posee una comercialización de sus diligentes imparciales y de convenio a las insuficiencias financieras de la compañía. Una vez realizado el estudio de caso se logró constatar que existe inconvenientes en el análisis y control financiero que maneja es ineficiente, además de haber presentado bajas en las ventas del periodo 2020 y disminuir considerablemente sus ventas. | es_ES |
