| dc.description | This study where the production costs of the IMELDABANANA banana company are analyzed is of utmost importance for the company to know which are parts of its weaknesses within the organization and evaluation processes, which allows them to know more deeply the costs and expenses that are involved in the production of the company. This will help the company to know those expenses or costs that are not necessary for the production of bananas within the company, but that have been made, thus subtracting the income for future investments. The management of costs in an adequate and detailed way, helps companies to make decisions, by the authorities and managers of the company, within the company's planning, these being an account that varies according to many factors that help in the banana production process. The research was carried out under the subline of Financial, Tax and Social Commitment Management, which is stipulated by the Accounting and Auditing career, of the Technical University of Babahoyo, thus allowing to identify the costs and expenses in which the IMELDABANANA banana company , has incurred during the 2020 time period. Improving in this way the internal information that the company manages, giving it reliability and quality, for this, investigative techniques such as the interview were used that will help the development of this case, thanks to the information provided, on production costs. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio donde se analiza los costos de producción, de la empresa bananera IMELDABANANA, es de suma importancia para que la empresa conozca cuáles son sus debilidades dentro de los procesos de organización, y evaluación, que les permita conocer de manera más profunda los costos y gastos que se implican dentro de la producción de la empresa. Esto ayudará a la empresa a conocer aquellos gastos o costos que no son necesarios para la producción de banano dentro de la empresa, pero que se han realizado, restándole los ingresos para futuras inversiones. El manejo de los costos de manera adecuada y detallada, ayuda a las empresas a la toma de decisiones, por parte de las autoridades y encargados de la empresa, dentro de las planificaciones de la empresa, siendo estos una cuenta que varía de acuerdo a muchos factores que ayudan en el proceso de producción de banano. La investigación se realizó bajo la sublínea de Gestión Financiera, Tributaria y Compromiso Social, misma que se encuentra estipulada por la carrera de Contabilidad y Auditoría, de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, permitiendo así identificar los costos y gastos en los que la empresa bananera IMELDABANANA, ha incurrido durante el período de tiempo 2020.Mejorando de esta manera la información interna que maneja la empresa, dando confiabilidad y calidad a la misma, para ello se usaron técnicas investigativas como la entrevista que ayudará a el desarrollo de este caso, gracias a la información brindada, sobre los costos de producción. | es_ES |
