dc.descriptionThis case study is about describing, and carrying out an analysis about the topic: interpersonal communication and its contribution to the work performance of the secretaries of the administrative area of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Urdaneta canton, Los Ríos Province, which has as Purpose to propose solutions to the problem exposed in said study. For this, the deductive method was used through which relevant information was obtained ranging from the general to the particular, however, for the collection of information, it was developed as an instrument such as a questionnaire, applied to the secretaries of the place before mentioned, to collect and analyze the information obtained. It should be noted that the main objective of the research is to investigate how interpersonal communication contributes to the work performance of secretaries. In the interview conducted, the secretaries comment that interpersonal communication does not apply, so they also state that they are not evaluated to measure their level of performance. Therefore, it is concluded to apply immediate solutions to the problems detected, through the development of online courses through the "Educagratis" platform. According to the deduction of the results obtained, it is to propose the implementation of talks, training, so that in this way the secretaries strengthen their knowledge and skills and therefore it is also suggested to the authorities that they regularly evaluate the performance level of their collaborators, and thus the objectives proposed by the institution can be metes_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso radica en describir, y realizar un análisis en referencia al tema: comunicación interpersonal y su aporte en el desempeño laboral de las secretarias del área administrativa del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Urdaneta, Provincia de Los Ríos, la cual tiene como finalidad proponer soluciones a la problemática expuesta en dicho estudio. Para ello, se utilizó el método deductivo a través del cual se obtuvo información relevante que va de lo general a lo particular, sin embargo, para la recolección de información se elaboró como instrumento un cuestionario, aplicado a las secretarias del lugar antes mencionado, con el fin de recopilar y analizar la información obtenida. Cabe recalcar que la investigación tiene como objetivo principal investigar como aporta la comunicación interpersonal en el desempeño laboral de las secretarias. En la entrevista realizada las secretarias comentan que no se aplica lo que es la comunicación interpersonal, por lo que también manifiestan que no son evaluadas para medir su nivel de rendimiento. Por lo tanto, se llega a la conclusión de aplicar, soluciones inmediatas a las problemáticas detectadas, mediante: desarrollo de cursos online mediante la plataforma “Educagratis”. De acuerdo con la deducción de los resultados que se obtuvo es proponer la implementación de charlas, capacitaciones, para que de esta manera las secretarias fortalezcan sus conocimientos y habilidades y por ende también se sugiere a las autoridades que evalúen con regularidad el nivel de rendimiento de sus colaboradoras, y así se puedan cumplir los objetivos propuestos por la institución.es_ES
