| dc.description.abstract | En este estudio de caso titulado como “ COMUNICACIÓN INTERNA Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LOS PROCESOS ADMINISTRATIVOS”, se busca poner en evidencia lo importante que es la comunicación interna en las diferentes organizaciones sean estas públicas o privadas, nos centraremos en la búsqueda de información sobre lo necesaria que es la comunicación interna entre los empleados de gobierno autónomo descentralizado del cantón Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno “Jujan” y optaremos por entrevistar a un grupo de ellos para saber cuál es su opinión al respecto sobre esto. Se indagara si los máximos responsables o jefes están trabajando para que en esta organización haya una comunicación interna adecuada, porque si bien se sabe, que donde hay una buena comunicación, va haber una buen desempeño de los empleados y por ende una mejor gestión en los procesos administrativos que optimizaran el servicio brindado a los ciudadanos, para que estos estén felices y satisfechos, y a su vez hará que el prestigio de la organización crezca. | es_ES |
