| dc.description | The present research study entitled Modern Technology and its relationship with administrative processes at the Aneta Driving School in the City of Babahoyo - Los Ríos Province. Being the is problem the ignorance of the new technological tools by the departments taken to carry out the analysis of secretariat and administration, to improve the management of administrative processes. The case study has modern and independent technology as a dependent variable administrative management, both of which are very important for the correct development of institutions, whether public or private, since it is important to know and correctly handle modern technological tools and to put them into practice the stages of the administrative process The Planning, Organization, Direction and Control, for the good work performance of each department. For the correct development, the Inductive, descriptive method and the interview technique were used, allowing to inquire about the established problem and observe to describe the different situations that occurred and the conversation to obtain information from the company's own sources. The results gave as evidence that there is no updated knowledge about modern technology, lack of communication. Establishing as a conclusion the lack of knowledge about technology. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de investigación titulado la Tecnología moderna y su relación con los procesos administrativos en la Escuela de Conducción Aneta en la Ciudad de Babahoyo - Provincia de los Ríos. Siendo la problemática el desconocimiento de las nuevas herramientas tecnológicas por los departamentos tomados para realizar el análisis de secretaría y administración, para mejorar la gestión de procesos administrativos. El estudio de caso tiene como variable dependiente la tecnología moderna e independiente Gestión administrativa, siendo ambas muy importantes para el desarrollo correcto de las instituciones sean públicas o privadas, ya que, es importante conocer y manejar correctamente las herramientas tecnológicas modernas y el poner en prácticas las etapas del proceso administrativo La Planeación, Organización, Dirección y Control, para el buen desempeño laboral de cada departamento. Para el correcto desarrollo se usó el método Inductivo, descriptivo y la técnica de entrevista, permitiendo indagar sobre la problemática establecida e ir observando para describir las diferentes situaciones que se daban y la conversación para obtener información de las fuentes propias de la empresa. Los resultados dieron como evidencia que no hay conocimiento actualizado sobre la tecnología moderna la falta de comunicación.
