| dc.description | This case study was carried out in order to determine the incidence of labor efficiency in the public administration in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Ventanas canton, since labor efficiency is very important to start with any administrative process within an institution or public organization, that is why it is necessary that secretaries must continuously attend training or seminars to improve their work activities. To carry out this research project, the surveys were used as a technique, which had a direct focus on the secretaries of the public entity, where key questions were established to obtain adequate information about the subject that was investigated, this with the purpose of collect all the important and necessary information that helped to reach the conclusions that allowed to identify the problems and subsequently give the recommendations, in order to improve the administration of the administration. In the development of the case study, it was possible to show problems that disrupt the development of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Canton Ventanas, one of them being the little importance of attending knowledge update training since, as mentioned, these seminars are of great help to Citizens' procedures are carried out more efficiently, also as already mentioned in this case study, the Windows GAD is an institution that is responsible for satisfying the needs of citizens as the objective of doing the common good for the people and for the people. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se realizó con la finalidad de determinar la incidencia de la eficiencia laboral en la administración pública en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Ventanas, puesto que la eficiencia laboral es mucha importancia para iniciar con cualquier proceso administrativo dentro de una institución u organización pública, es por eso que es necesario que las secretarias deben asistir continuamente en capacitaciones o seminarios para mejorar sus actividades laborales. Para realizar este proyecto de investigación se usó como técnica las encuestas, las cuales tuvieron un enfoque directo en las secretarias de la entidad pública, en donde se establecieron preguntas claves para obtener la información adecuada acerca del tema que se investigó, este con la finalidad de recopilar toda la información importante y necesaria que ayudo a llegar a las conclusiones que permitió identificar los problemas y posteriormente se da las recomendaciones, con el fin de mejorar la administración de la administración. En el desarrollo del estudio de caso se logró evidenciar problemas que trastorna el desarrollo del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Ventanas, siendo uno de ellos la poca importancia de asistir a capacitaciones de actualización de conocimientos ya que como se menciona estos seminarios son de gran ayuda para los tramites de los ciudadanos se efectúen de manera más eficiente, también como ya se menciona en el presente estudio de caso el GAD de Ventanas es una institución que se encarga de satisfacer las necesidades de los ciudadanos como objetivo de hacer el bien común por el pueblo y para el pueblo. | es_ES |
