| dc.description.abstract | Al compendio de todo el estudio de trabajo que se realizado en la empresa de agroquímicos Alejandro, donde se indago todas sus ventajas y desventajas, como punto inicial es la aplicación del programa digital contable, que ha permitido notar una carencia de conocimiento al ejecutar acciones como son las facturas a los cliente el sistema tiene constantes problemas cargar la información pero con toda esta investigación descriptiva se pudo constatar que las computadoras no son las óptimas para almacenar y funcionar el Programa digital contable VisualFac que necesita tener capacidad de memoria 1 gigabit de RAM por que la rasterización se efectué con rapidez, sin embargo esto ha ocasionado que el personal administrativo, tenga muchos inconveniente ya que esto retrasa los proceso y aglomera cliente y lo más importante genera pérdidas al no vender por el factor de tiempo que algunos clientes y eso permite que los usuarios busquen otras empresas que den el servicio con rapidez, además con la aplicación del método inductivo se pudo mejorar los puntos de análisis de lo particular a lo general como se realizó con el perfil administrativo notamos que muchas secretarias son capaces de realizar los procesos, pero la falta de experiencia hace que el ambiente laboral no sea muy agradable dentro del área administrativa, pero para mejorar esta situación se contrata a grupos de capacitadores motivacionales que buscaran concientizar entre sus empleados que si la empresa está bien las ventas subirás y eso hace que al final todos sigan manteniendo sus puestos de trabajo y viabilizar las funciones que realizan en todos los departamentos de la empresa Alejandro, para concluir podemos decir que toda esta indagación de situaciones encontradas nos guía a buscar los mecanismos factibles que no solo es el uso de la tecnología basados en programas contables, también se pudo dar una mejor perspectiva de vida para los empleados son el alma de la empresa y que de ellos depende el éxito. | es_ES |
