| dc.description | This case study is aimed at Identifying the office planning and organization report in the administrative processes of Radio Soberana 98.7 of the Echeandía canton in Bolívar province in the 2021 period. A good program of implementation and development of various management processes administrative, favors progress by carrying out the procedure efficiently, therefore, it is intended to carry out an exhaustive investigation into the origin of the problem, to continue with the development of the subject. Since in such a way we will get to the main point of the cause and once we will be able to propose solutions that are consistent with the results obtained. To advance the investigation, the deductive method was used; in terms of technique, the interview was used, which was conducted directly, with the Manager and owner of Radio Soberana 98.7, using open questions as an instrument in order to obtain information detailed. In such a way that it significantly helped to collect data about the management of the four stages, as they are; planning, organization, direction and control. Regarding the development of this project, the administrative management will benefit and will finally obtain positive results in the 2021 period. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso está orientado en Identificar el aporte de la planificación e organización de oficina en los procesos administrativos de la Radio Soberana 98.7 del cantón Echeandía en la provincia Bolívar en el período 2021. Un buen programa de implementación y desarrollo de diversos procesos de gestión administrativa, favorece en el progreso llevando a cabo el procedimiento de forma eficaz, por lo tanto, se pretende realizar una investigación exhaustiva al origen del problema, para continuar con el desarrollo del tema. Puesto que de tal manera llegaremos al punto principal de la causa y a su vez podremos plantear soluciones que vayan acorde a los resultados obtenidos. Para el avance de la investigación se empleó el método deductivo, en cuanto a técnica se usó la entrevista la cual se realizó de manera directa, al señor Gerente y propietario de la Radio Soberana 98.7, utilizando como instrumento preguntas abiertas con el fin de obtener información detallada. De tal manera que ayudo significativamente a recopilar datos acerca del manejo de las cuatro etapas, como son; planificación, organización, dirección y control. En cuanto al desarrollar este proyecto la gestión administrativa se beneficiará y finalmente obtendrá resultados positivos en el período 2021. | es_ES |
