dc.descriptionThis case study is based on detailing, explaining, distinguishing and investigating the different topics that are directly related to the topic; Use of Computer Applications and their contribution to the organization of digital files in the secretariat area of the Hacienda “La Fátima”, belonging to the Baba canton, the same one that aims to find solutions to the difficulties that have been detected as the emergence of the problem described. Therefore, for the execution of this case study, the deductive method was used because through this methodology it was possible to detect setbacks and ineffective processes that occur in the secretary's workplace, and in turn, the technique was used. of the interview, in view of the fact that with the completion of this tool, a questionnaire of 6 questions was applied that allowed to determine in a more specific way the critical state in which the file management is developed. In the same way, it is important to highlight that the general objective of this research is to describe the importance of computer applications in the organization of digital files, and for this reason, starting from this goal, the development of this study concluded through the results obtained that; Computer programs are basically that essential resource to apply because it makes it possible to carry out excellent document management in entities.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso está basado en detallar, explicar, distinguir e indagar los distintos tópicos que están directamente vinculados al tema; Uso de Aplicaciones Informáticas y su aporte en la organización de archivos digitales en el área de secretaría de la Hacienda “La Fátima” perteneciente al cantón Baba, el mismo que tiene como finalidad encontrar soluciones a las dificultades que se han detectado como surgimiento de la problemática descrita. Por lo tanto, para la ejecución de este proyecto se utilizó el método deductivo porque a través de esta metodología se pudieron detectar los contratiempos y procesos ineficaces que se presentan en el ámbito laboral de la secretaria, y a su vez se recurrió a la técnica de la entrevista, en vista de que con la complementación de esta herramienta se aplicó un cuestionario de 8 preguntas que permitieron determinar de forma más especifica el estado crítico en el que se desarrollan la administración de archivos. Del mismo modo, es importante resaltar que el objetivo general de esta investigación es describir la importancia de las aplicaciones informáticas en la organización de archivos digitales, y por tal razón, al partir desde dicha meta, el desarrollo de este estudio concluyó a través de los resultados obtenidos que; los programas informáticos son básicamente ese recurso imprescindible de aplicar porque hace posible conllevar una excelente gestión documental en las entidades.es_ES
