| dc.description | The exposed case study results from the union of the variables business virtual environments and their effect on administrative management within the commercial “Variedades 1” in the city of Babahoyo, Province of Los Ríos, a theme that has become important in the business world and has transformed the world of work. The focus of this research work is to identify the link that exists between both variables and how one affects the other and how together affect the company. The information compiled with concepts from various authors and varied sources, allowed to know the advantages of a virtual environment within any business entity, because technology improves every process and provides tools to perform tasks. Good administrative management improves working conditions, this is what every company requires today, that is achieved with the implementation of a virtual environment that allows the work development activity more effectively. To obtain the information, the descriptive method was used, with which it was possible to determine details about the variables, as a complement the survey technique was used that made known the needs that were presented in the commercial. It was concluded by determining the importance of the two variables within the business and how not considering them previously has caused a slow advance and progress in the entity, which has directly affected profits, poor competitiveness and an image with little recognition within the local commerce. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El estudio de caso expuesto resulta de la unión de las variables, entornos virtuales empresariales y su efecto en la gestión administrativa del comercial ‘’Variedades 1’’en la ciudad de Babahoyo, provincia de los Ríos, temática que se ha tornado importante dentro del mundo empresarial y ha transformado el mundo laboral. El enfoque de este trabajo investigativo es identificar el vínculo que existe entre ambas variables y como una hace efecto en la otra y en conjunto afectan a la empresa. La información recopilada con conceptos de diversos autores y fuentes variadas, permitió conocer las ventajas de un entorno virtual dentro de toda entidad empresarial, debido a que la tecnología mejora todo proceso y brinda mejores herramientas para desempeñar tareas. Una buena gestión administrativa que mejore las condiciones de trabajo, es lo que toda empresa requiere hoy en día, se logra con el implemento de un entorno virtual que permita el desarrollo de la actividad laboral con mayor eficacia. Para la obtención de la información se empleó el método descriptivo, con el cual se pudo determinar detalles sobre las variables, como complemento se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta que dio a conocer las necesidades que se presentaban en el comercial. Se concluyó determinando la importancia de las dos variables dentro del negocio y cómo el no considerarlas con anterioridad ha causado un lento avance y progreso en la entidad, lo que ha afectado directamente en las ganancias, la poca competitividad y una imagen con poco reconocimiento dentro el comercio local. | es_ES |
