It should be noted that the low demand for jobs that exists in the tourism sector is one of the causes that affects the professionals graduated from the hospitality and tourism career of the UTB, this can be improved through public sector organizations because these are the entities in charge of designating the convenient economic cost to generate tourist areas and thus increase the job market. | dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación hace referencia a la problemática existente con la empleabilidad de los profesionales graduados de la carrera de hotelería y turismo de los años 2018, 2019 y 2020 de la UTB, para lograr su inclusión en el ámbito laboral ya que, por diversos motivos, estos egresados en turismo no se encuentran laborando o están trabajando en otras áreas de conocimientos que no pertenecen a su perfil profesional. Cabe señalar que la escasa demanda de empleos que existe en el sector turístico es una de las causas que afecta a los profesionales graduados de la carrera de hotelería y turismo de la UTB, esto puede mejorar a través de las organizaciones del sector público pues son estas las entidades encargadas de designar el costo económico conveniente para generar zonas turísticas y así aumente la bolsa de empleos. En este sentido luego de encuestar 60 profesionales en turismo por medio de encuestas de Google drive se pudieron determinar los siguientes hallazgos, que los graduados presentan un alto déficit en el idioma inglés y poco interés en capacitarse. | es_ES |
