| dc.description | This case study is oriented towards the investigation of those factors that affect the administrative management of CENARF S.A.S, which has caused problems in the company with respect to different activities and functions that it performs. This company is dedicated to providing services in the academic, accounting, financial and tax advisory fields throughout Ecuador in order to satisfy the needs of clients and establish lasting relationships with them. The correct management of administrative management favors companies for the improvement and enhancement of activities, tasks, functions and processes, to contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives and also contributes to its growth. CENARF S.A.S has made serious mistakes, such as not making and using correct decisions, which; if they are used properly they will influence the improvement, performance and performance of the company. To carry out this case study, the inductive method was used to proceed with the investigation based on premises that allowed us to know what are the causes that affect administrative management in the company CENARF SAS, and the descriptive methodology that allowed us to know the situation the company is going through. In addition, information collection instruments were used, such as the interview applied to the president of CENARF S.A.S and the employee survey. Which has made it possible to establish that correct administrative management allows the optimization of all the resources of a company. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio se orienta en la indagación de aquellos factores que afectan a la gestión administrativa de CENARF S.A.S, lo cual ha provocado problemas en la empresa con respecto a diferentes actividades y funciones que realiza. Dicha empresa se dedica a la prestación de servicios en los campos académicos, contable, financieros y de asesoría tributaria en todo el Ecuador a efecto de satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes y establecer relaciones duraderas con ellos. El correcto manejo de la gestión administrativa, favorece a las empresas para el mejoramiento y potencialización de las actividades, tareas, funciones y procesos, para contribuir al logro de las metas y objetivos empresariales y asimismo contribuye al crecimiento de la misma. CENARF S.A.S ha incidido en errores graves, como no tomar y emplear decisiones correctas, las que; si son empleadas de manera adecuada van a influir en el mejoramiento, rendimiento y desempeño de la empresa. Para la realización del presente caso de estudio se empeló el método inductivo para proceder a la investigación a partir de premisas que permitieron conocer cuáles son las causas que afectan a la gestión administrativa en la empresa CENARF S.A.S, y la metodología descriptiva que permitió conocer la situación por la que atraviesa la empresa. Además, se procedió a la utilización de instrumentos de recolección de información como son la entrevista aplicada al presidente de CENARF S.A.S y la encuesta a los empleados. Lo cual ha permitido establecer que una correcta gestión administrativa permite la optimización de todos los recursos de una empresa. | es_ES |
