dc.descriptionThe objective of this research was the management of Human Talent in the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAG), in the city of Babahoyo during the 2021 period, based on the analysis of the difficulties produced by the absence of qualified personnel who contribute to the Responsible for the management of Human Talent in the Los Ríos District Office, the ministerial entity where the study was carried out. The research was focused on the lines of research established by the Faculty of Administration, Finance and Informatics of the Technical University of Babahoyo for "Financial Management, Administration, Audit and Control", under the research subline "Companies and Public and Private Institutions ”Of the Commercial Engineering career, and for this purpose, it was proposed to carry out an investigation based on a non-experimental design, field type, evaluative level and supported by a documentary review, under a mixed approach that contemplates qualitative and quantitative validations. As a result, he diagnosed the problematic situation that the Department of Human Talent is going through at MAG, since by not having the necessary human resources, they cannot carry out the development of their activities, which generates discontent among its servers. Based on this reality, the researcher made the pertinent recommendations, highlighting the adequacy of the Department in question.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo la gestión del Talento Humano en el Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería (MAG), en la ciudad de Babahoyo durante el período 2021, a partir del análisis de las dificultades producidas por la ausencia de personal calificado que contribuya con el Responsable de la gestión de Talento Humano en la Dirección Distrital de Los Ríos, ente ministerial donde se efectuó el estudio. La investigación estuvo enfocada en las líneas de investigación que pauta la Facultad de Administración, Finanzas e Informática de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo para la “Gestión Financiera, Administración, Auditoría y Control”, bajo la sublinea de investigación “Empresas e Instituciones Públicas y Privadas” de la carrera Ingeniería Comercial, y para tal fin, se planteó hacer una investigación basada en un diseño no-experimental, tipo de campo, de nivel evaluativo y apoyada en una revisión documental, bajo un enfoque mixto que contempla validaciones cualitativas y cuantitativas. Como resultado diagnosticó la situación problemática por la que atraviesa el Departamento de Talento Humano en el MAG, ya que al no contar con el recurso humano necesario no se pueden cumplir con el desarrollo de sus actividades lo que genera descontento entre sus servidores. A partir de esta realidad, la investigadora hizo las recomendaciones pertinentes, donde destaca la adecuación del Departamento en cuestión.es_ES
