dc.descriptionCustomer service is the service provided by an organization to have a relationship with consumers and anticipate the satisfaction of their needs, it is an effective instrument to interact with consumers by providing correct guidance to affirm the appropriate use of a product or service. The objective of this case study is to find out why the lack of customer service on the part of the workers of the Distribuidora Marc Sol de la Ciudad De Quevedo The methodology used for the development of the research has a descriptive scope, in addition, the deductive and inductive methods were used and an interview was applied to the owner manager of the Distribuidora Marc Sol of the city of Quevedo, and a survey directed to the workers of said distributor with questions related to the subject of analysis. The results of the investigation allowed determining a series of irregularities on the part of the workers, mostly due to the lack of attention to customers The study concludes that one of the main problems they have is the lack of attention to customers, generating losses, in addition to the workers, they do not show immediate interest in dealing with consumers or seek a way to solve their problemses_ES

dc.description.abstractLa atención al cliente es el servicio proporcionado por una organización para tener relación con los consumidores y anticiparse a la satisfacción de sus necesidades, es un instrumento eficaz para interactuar con los consumidores brindando orientación correcta para afirmar la utilización conveniente de un producto o de un servicio. El presente estudio de caso tiene como objetivo conocer por que la falta de atención al cliente por parte de los trabajadores de la Distribuidora Marc Sol de la Ciudad De Quevedo La metodología empleada para el desarrollo de la investigación posee un alcance descriptivo además se utilizó los métodos deductivo e inductivo y se aplicó una entrevista dirigida A la gerente propietaria de la Distribuidora Marc Sol de la ciudad de Quevedo, y una encuesta dirigida a los trabajadores de dicha distribuidora con preguntas relacionadas a la temática de análisis. Los resultados de la investigación permitieron determinar unas series de irregularidades por parte de los trabajadores en su mayoría es por la falta de atención a los clientes El estudio permitió concluir que Uno de los principales problemas que tienen es la falta de atención a los clientes generándoles perdidas además los trabajadores no presentan interés al instante de lidiar con los consumidores ni buscan la forma de resolver sus problemases_ES
