dc.descriptionCommunication is an important part of the competencies that the Human Resources Area has, because it allows the establishment of solid interpersonal relationships, strengthens motivation, commitment, labor productivity and the perception of the internal and external customer. For this reason, the objective of this research is to analyze how internal weaknesses related to communication processes influence the work environment. For this purpose, a descriptive research methodology was applied, supported by the empirical method. Interview and survey techniques were also used, which were directed to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborators of the production centers of Incubandina S.A. The results of the study show that the company does not have an adequate integral communication, since the workers of the operating area do not have the facilities to express their ideas, opinions or complaints; in addition, there is a work environment characterized by the deterioration of labor relations and internal conflicts. Therefore, it is concluded that the institutional image is inadequate for the internal client of the organization, due to the fact that there are no adequate channels of communication and an optimal leadership that allows generating a positive influence in the work environment.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa comunicación forma parte importante de las competencias que posee el Área de Recursos Humanos; porque permite el establecimiento de relaciones interpersonales sólidas, fortalece la motivación, compromiso, productividad laboral y la percepción del cliente interno y externo. Motivo por el cual, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar cómo las debilidades internas relacionadas a los procesos comunicacionales influyen en el ambiente laboral. Para lo cual se aplicó una metodología conformada por el tipo de investigación descriptiva, apoyado en el método empírico. También se utilizaron las técnicas de entrevista y encuesta, las cuales fueron dirigidas al Jefe Operativo y colaboradores de los centros de producción de la empresa Incubandina S.A. Los resultados del estudio demuestran que la empresa no cuenta con una adecuada comunicación integral, puesto que los trabajadores del área operativa no poseen las facilidades para expresar sus ideas, opiniones o quejas; además, existe un ambiente laboral caracterizado por el deterioro de las relaciones laborales y conflictos internos. Por lo tanto, se concluye que la imagen institucional es inadecuada para el cliente interno de la organización, debido a que no se evidencian canales adecuados de comunicación y un óptimo liderazgo que permita generar una influencia positiva en el ambiente de trabajo.es_ES
