dc.descriptionThis study is based on the study and analysis of technical, operational and economic feasibility to determine the viability of creating a web application using robocall, QR code and data analysis for the academic monitoring of students of the Cardenal Spínola Educational Unit of the city of Quito in the Solanda sector. Given that, said institution has problems in academic monitoring activities such as records stored in physical and digital databases (Excel spreadsheets), loss of records, they do not have applications for the identification of regressive or progressive performance, communication through of notes registered in agendas, slowness in instant access to student information, among others. Therefore, students face possible serious failures such as low academic performance and even low self-esteem, staying in supplementary, remedial, thank you exams or loss of the year given that the institution does not have technology according to the previous challenges such as a web application using Robocall technology, QR codes and data analytics to stay at the forefront of 21st century technologies. For this, the methodology that was used in the present case study is the field methodology together with two qualitative methods that helped to know in a specific and efficient way the problems currently existing in the Educational Unit along with its technique the interview carried out with the coordinator Gabriel Leave the institution through the instrument the interview questionnaire and the quantitative one that will get to know in a precise and exact way the opinion of the teachers and parents or the representative through the survey technique through the survey questionnaire.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio se basa en el estudio y análisis de factibilidad técnica, operativa y económica para la determinar la viabilidad de la creación de una aplicación web empleando robocall, código QR y análisis de datos para el seguimiento académico estudiantil de la Unidad Educativa Cardenal Spínola de la ciudad de Quito del sector Solanda. Dado que, dicha institución tiene problemas en las actividades de seguimiento académico como registros almacenados en base de datos físicas y digital (hojas de cálculo Excel), pérdida de registros, no cuentan con aplicaciones para la identificación del desempeño regresivo o progresivo, comunicación a través de notas registradas en agendas, lentitud en el acceso instante a la información del estudiante, entre otros. Por lo cual, los estudiantes enfrentan posibles graves fracasos como el bajo rendimiento académico e inclusive bajo autoestima quedándose en supletorios, remediales, exámenes de gracias o pérdida de año dado que la institución no cuenta con tecnología acorde a los desafíos existentes como un aplicativo web empleando tecnología robocall, códigos QR y análisis de datos para ir a la vanguardia de las tecnologías del siglo XXI. Pará ello, la metodología que se utilizó en el presente caso de estudio es la de campo junto con dos métodos cualitativo que ayudó a conocer de manera específica y eficiente la problemática actualmente existente en la Unidad Educativa junto con su técnica la entrevista realizada al coordinador Gabriel Salgado de la institución mediante el instrumento el cuestionario de entrevista y el cuantitativo que permitió conocer de manera precisa y exacta la opinión de los docentes y padres de familia o del representante atreves de la técnica encuesta mediante el cuestionario de encuesta.es_ES
