dc.descriptionThe purpose of this case study is to evaluate the traffic control for the cybercafe "Feffrapycopy" in which certain anomalies regarding the security and mismanagement of the network could be evidenced, so it is intended to use MikroTik technology in order to better manage network resources and thus avoid traffic and network saturation in order to provide good service to customers. Nowadays there is a great tendency in the automated world due to the fact that all kind of information is redirected through the communication highway known as the Internet, which has made conflicts in the central networks thanks to the great proportion of data that the routers and switches handle. and transitions; even the other way around once we talk about using the existing resources. Computer networks have become correct, both for individuals and organizations, because through these networks we are able to communicate with each other for business purposes, something personal and even in case of an emergency. The administration of the information systems belongs to the essential resources for the relationship and the advance of the information technologies. After having concluded the case study with the respective analysis of the information collected both by the methodologies implemented and the research instrument that allowed to identify current problems such as wifi slowdown, slowness and collapse when browsing websites all this produced by network traffic that generates saturation to poor management of bandwidth. The basic concepts related to traffic control were studied and the use of simple queuing techniques to configure the bandwidth of the equipment was analyzed.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio tiene como propósito realizar una evaluación del control de tráfico para el cibercafé “Feffrapycopy” en el cual se pudo evidenciar ciertas anomalías respecto a la seguridad y mala gestión de la red por lo que se pretende utilizar la tecnología MikroTik con el fin de administrar mejor los recursos la red y de esta manera evitar el tráfico y la saturación de la red para poder brindar un buen servicio a los clientes. En la actualidad hay una gran tendencia en el mundo automatizado debido a que toda clase de información es redireccionada por medio de la autopista de comunicación conocida como la Internet, lo cual ha realizado conflictos en las redes centrales gracias a la gran proporción de datos que manejan los routers y switches. y transiciones; inclusive a la inversa una vez que hablamos de usar los recursos existentes. Las redes informáticas se han vuelto correctas, como para los individuos como para las organizaciones, ya que por medio de estas redes se nos posibilita estar comunicados entre nosotros mismos con objetivos comerciales, algo personal inclusive en caso de emergencia. La administración de los sistemas de información pertenece a los recursos esenciales para la relación y el avance de las tecnologías de la información. Luego de haber concluido el caso de estudio con el respectivo análisis de la informacion recolectada tanto por la metodologías implementadas y el instrumento de investigación que permitieron identificar los problemas actuales como la ralentización del wifi, la lentitud y el colapso al navegar en los sitios web todo esto producido por el tráfico de red que genera la saturación a la mala administración del ancho de banda. Se estudio los conceptos básicos relacionados con el control de tráfico en donde se analizó el uso de técnicas de colas simples para configurar el ancho de banda de los equipos.es_ES
