| dc.description | On the basis that the crisis caused by covid-19 will suppose, due to its characteristics, a before and after for the tourist reactivation, this chapter takes a prospective look at the day before and there may be an after, that is, to the A new panorama that can be drawn once the activity of the sector is reactivated after its forced strategy plan to counter COVID-19. To do this, and based on some preliminary data from market research that indicate possible changes, some scenarios are outlined based on three key variables: government policy, tourist behavior and organizational culture (of companies) and of citizens with their small great help. For the following research, surveys were carried out to observe the Quevedo Canton due to the crisis that the coronavirus has entailed, emphasizing the importance of advancing in its proactive or anticipatory dimension, even more so when it is marked, as in this case, by its unprecedented nature With the surveys given, we can see what the citizens of the Quevedo Canton require so that tourism can be further promoted in said Canton, and to be able to exploit the tourist centers, natural tourism, among others. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Sobre la base de que la crisis causada por el covid-19 supondrá, por sus características, un antes y un después para la reactivación turística, el presente capítulo aplica una mirada prospectiva al día antes y puede que haya un después, es decir, al nuevo panorama que puede quedar dibujado una vez que la actividad del sector se reactive tras su obligado plan de estrategia para llevarle la contra al COVID-19. Para ello, y partiendo de algunos datos preliminares de investigaciones de mercado que señalan posibles cambios, se esbozan algunos escenarios en función de tres variables clave: política gubernamental, comportamiento del turista y cultura organizacional (de las empresas) y de los ciudadanos con su pequeña gran ayuda. Para la investigación siguiente se realizó encuestas para la observación del Cantón Quevedo por la crisis que ha conllevado el coronavirus, incidiendo en la importancia de avanzar en su dimensión proactiva o anticipatoria, más aún cuando viene marcada, como en este caso, por su carácter inédito con las encuestas dada podemos ver lo que los ciudadanos del Cantón Quevedo requiere para que se pueda fomentar más el turismo en dicho Cantón, y poder explotar los centros turísticos, turismo natural, entre otros. | es_ES |
