dc.descriptionCommunity communication is an important axis for building and sharing people's voice, providing the word to the community, neighborhood, social sector, youth, children, organizations, communities, educational units; teach them to do their own communication and at the same time build a community communication according to the needs, situations and requests of the social sectors. It must be understood that community communication is not only a communication particularly from a locality, sector or community of peoples and nationalities, nor from a peasant community. We think that it is not delimited by the physical territory. Community communication is a new form of communication, it is a new vision, it is a new communicational paradigm, it is a process of communicational construction based on principles and values of community coexistence that become a space to exercise human rights. It is an intermediate of popular, community, alternative, collective and participatory expression. It is a process to generate knowledge, critical thoughts, awareness, sensitivity, active and purposeful commitment as a strategic axis to achieve the common good, social justice, equity and peaceful coexistence. The community communication that we propose is a curve, which is based on a process that must be in permanent flow with information, training, production, and realization. Interaction with people, media construction, dialogue and specifically the commitment to create new content, languages, narratives, investigative and aesthetic processes, is a workplace and creative-artistic expression with new ways of relating to people and with new approaches; with horizontal, democratic understandings and coexistence, committed to new ways of communicating with people. This research project on community communication has the fundamental objective of promoting communication and social participation within the community of the La Chiquita sector so that they have a better social organization. In the development of this research work, participatory field research and bibliographic research were used, the techniques for collecting information was the survey of all the inhabitants of the La Chiquita sector.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa comunicación comunitaria es un eje importante para construir y compartir la voz desde la gente, proporcionar la palabra a la comunidad, barrio, sector social, jóvenes, niños, organizaciones, comunidades, unidades educativas; enseñarles hacer su propia comunicación y a la vez construir una comunicación comunitaria acorde a las necesidades, situaciones y peticiones de los sectores sociales. Se debe comprender que la comunicación comunitaria, no solo es una comunicación particularmente de una localidad, sector o comunidad de los pueblos y nacionalidades, tampoco de una comunidad campesina. Pensamos que no la delimita el territorio físico. La comunicación comunitaria es una nueva forma de comunicación, es una nueva visión, es un nuevo paradigma comunicacional, es un proceso de edificación comunicacional basado en principios y valores de convivencia comunitaria que se convierten en un espacio para ejercer los derechos humanos. Es un intermedio de expresión popular, comunitaria, alternativa, colectiva y participativa. Es un proceso para generar conocimientos, pensamientos críticos, conciencia, sensibilidad, compromiso activo y propositivo como un eje estratégico para lograr el bien común, la justicia social, la equidad y la convivencia pacífica. La comunicación comunitaria que proponemos es una curva, que se sustenta en un proceso que debe estar en permanente fluir con la información, capacitación, la producción, la realización. La interacción con la gente, la construcción de medios, el dialogo y en específico la apuesta crear nuevos contenidos, lenguajes, narrativas, procesos investigativos y estéticos, es un lugar de trabajo y de expresión creativa-artística con nuevas formas de relacionarse con la gente y con nuevos enfoques; con entendimientos y convivencias horizontales, democráticas, comprometidas con las nuevas formas de hacer comunicación con la gente. Este proyecto investigativo sobre comunicación comunitaria tiene como objetivo fundamental de promover la comunicación y la participación social dentro de la comunidad del sector la chiquita para que tengan una mejor organización social. En el desarrollo del presente trabajo investigativo se utilizó investigación de campo participativa e investigación bibliográfica, las técnicas para la recolección de la información fue la encuesta a todos los habitantes del sector la chiquitaes_ES
