| dc.description | This research seeks to know how organizational communication has impacted economic development in the city of Quevedo, analyzing the change in business policies where corporate communication has been included as a strategy and the results it has had in the entities that have established it. For the development of the case study it was necessary to apply the types of field research, bibliographic from which data was obtained to select them, together with descriptive, deductive, statistical analytical methods that showed that good communication is much more than an exchange of data Since these allow integration, cooperation towards a single goal, which is the success of societies, considering the contributions that a good flow of information has internally and externally, it is proposed that entities are willing to a constant training that allows you to improve your skills and integration with your collaborators, motivating them to work as a team so that they fulfill each one with the assigned functions efficiently, optimizing the productivity of the goods and services offered to the consumer. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación busca conocer como la comunicación organizacional ha impactado el desarrollo económico en la ciudad de Quevedo, analizando el cambio de políticas empresariales donde se ha incluido como estrategia la comunicación corporativa y los resultados que esta ha tenido en las entidades que la han establecido. Para el desarrollo del caso de estudio fue necesario aplicar los tipos de investigación de campo, bibliográfico de donde se obtuvo datos para seleccionarlos, junto con los métodos analíticos descriptivos, deductivos, estadísticos que mostraron que una buena comunicación es mucho más que un intercambio de datos ya que estas permiten la integración, cooperación hacia una sola meta, que es el éxito de las sociedades, considerando los aportes que tiene una buena fluidez de información de manera interna y externa, se propone que las entidades estén dispuestas a una contante capacitación que les permita mejorar sus habilidades y la integración con sus colaboradores motivándolos a trabajar en equipo de manera que cumplan con cada uno con las funciones asignadas de forma eficiente, optimizando la productividad de los bienes y servicios que ofrece al consumidor. | es_ES |
