| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realizó en la ciudad de Quevedo, provincia de los Ríos, cuya finalidad es conocer el entorno digital en la formación del periodista, así también las herramientas que utiliza para desenvolverse en el campo profesional que le permita afrontar los retos actuales que demanda este sector. Con el uso de las herramientas tecnológicas se generan cambios en los modelos de negocios, estructuras, narrativas y roles, los cuales permiten el desarrollo de competencias en el periodista en cuanto a diseño de los cybermedios en un nivel avanzado y el uso de programas de diseño, blogger, podcasting, video casting, entre otros. Para desarrollar el estudio de caso se consideró necesaria la aplicación de una entrevista a tres periodistas de la ciudad de Quevedo, con el fin de conocer su nivel de preparación y formación alcanzado en este contexto, así también la forma en que los profesionales de esta área se han adaptado al mundo tecnológico. Los resultados de la aplicación de la entrevista a los profesionales en el campo de la comunicación determinaron que tienen el énfasis de cambiar e ir de acorde al avance tecnológico, en especial con los entornos digitales, que en la actualidad: Indispensablemente el comunicador digital debe ir preparándose cada día en el tema planteado, para fortalecer el nivel de conocimiento de los entornos digitales, que están indispensable en la actualidad, hay muchas formas de seguir preparándonos en este campo y desarrollar una información de la manera que crea conveniente y de acorde al nivel de recepción de la colectividad. | es_ES |
