dc.descriptionThe perception of tourists is directly to the quality of the services that tourism service providers offer, as this in one way or the other has produced a betterment in the life quality of locals. In the same way, turning the region into a potential touristic destination not only for local tourism but for international tourists as well. The following project aims to determine the client service conditions offered by food and drinks establishments located by Babahoyo`s Malecon. The selected methodological tactic in this investigation was the “transversal method”, for which a survey was developed in order to question the tourist that visit food and drinks establishments by Babahoyo`s Malecon. the results allowed us to acknowledge that in these establishments located by Babahoyo`s Malecon exist several deficiencies, for which the service offered and the tourists` perception are considered a primary factor for the profitability of the sector.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa percepción de los turistas está directamente relacionada con la calidad de los servicios que brindan los prestadores de servicios turísticos, pues esto de una u otra forma también ha propiciado la mejora de la calidad de vida de las personas del sector y de la región. De la misma forma hacer de la zona un potencial destino turístico no solo para turistas nacionales sino también internacionales. El presente proyecto tiene el objetivo determinar las condiciones en que se brindan los servicios de atención al cliente en los establecimientos de alimentos y bebidas ubicados en el malecón de Babahoyo. La táctica metodológica en la investigación es transversal por tal motivo se desarrolló una encuesta que se aplicara a los turistas que visitan los establecimientos de alimentos y bebidas Malecón de Babahoyo. Los resultados permitieron reconocer que sin duda alguna existen varias deficiencias en los establecimientos de expendio de alimentos ubicados malecón del cantón Babahoyo, por ello el servicio y la percepción que los turistas poseen de este atractivo se consideran de suma importancia para la rentabilidad del sector.es_ES
