| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso tiene como objetivo investigar la falta de actitud y prácticas en las secretarias y su incidencia en el desempeño laboral del departamento de coordinación de Secretariado Ejecutivo Bilingüe de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo del cantón Babahoyo provincia de los Ríos, institución dedicada a brindar educación mediante conocimientos y prácticas de aprendizaje. El desarrollo de este trabajo se realiza a través de la investigación de campo con la aplicación del método deductivo y descriptivo, los mismo que nos permitió obtener información precisa de forma general sobre la temática presentada, el desarrollo de la entrevista fue muy eficiente al momento de recopilar información porque nos condujo claramente a la obtención de opiniones muy relevantes por parte de la secretaria. Se obtienen excelentes resultados con la información obtenida en este trabajo de investigación, nos dio a conocer las falencias con relación a la problemática que perjudica la imagen profesional de la secretaria y la imagen corporativa de la institución, con todo esto se logró que la tome conciencia y autoevalúe su propio desempeño tomando una actitud positiva en las actividades encomendadas para una adecuada práctica ética dentro de su entorno laboral. | es_ES |
