The study itself is mainly aimed at citizens with the sole purpose of achieving strengthening in user assistance through the application of strategies, norms, procedures, contributing to personal, professional and institutional progress, enhancing secretarial administrative management by establishing in the fundamental pillar of the institution where effective communication plays a transcendental role for the integration of society; demanding a quality secretarial administrative management, which leads to efficiency, effectiveness, and effectiveness; improving communication skills, fulfilling leadership functions to meet projected objectives in a clear, open and simple way, focusing on communication, self-awareness and self-control. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Los usuarios de manera general siempre necesitan de una persona que los guíe en los procesos que desean realizar, la asistencia debe ser de forma educada, manteniendo siempre la línea del respeto porque el usuario siempre tiene la razón y en el caso de que no la tenga se lo hace saber de la forma más delicada posible para no herir susceptibilidades. A medida que se va respondiendo cuestionamientos la actitud del usuario se va reflejando de forma positiva o negativa, esto depende mucho del carácter en que abordamos a la persona. El estudio en sí se encuentra dirigido principalmente a la ciudadanía con el único fin de alcanzar el fortalecimiento en la asistencia al usuario mediante la aplicación de estrategias, normas, procedimientos, contribuyendo en el progreso personal, profesional e institucional, potenciando la gestión administrativa secretarial constituyéndose en el pilar fundamental de la institución donde la comunicación efectiva cumple un papel trascendental para la integración de la sociedad; demandando de una gestión administrativa secretarial de calidad, que conlleve a la eficiencia, efectividad, y eficacia; mejorando las habilidades de comunicar, cumpliendo con las funciones del liderazgo para cumplir objetivos proyectados en forma clara, abierta y sencilla enfocándose en la comunicación la autoconciencia y autocontrol. | es_ES |
