| dc.description | This case study was carried out with the purpose of determining the administrative management and their labor execution of the secretaries in the decentralized autonomous government of the Baba canton, since administrative management is essential to start any administrative process within an institution or organization. In the same way, labor execution is important for the productivity and efficiency of administrative activities, that is why secretaries must be in continuous training to improve the functionalities of the establishment. To carry out this research project, surveys were used as a technique, which were used by the secretaries of the institution, where key questions were formulated to obtain adequate information about the research topic, this with the purpose of collecting all the necessary information, and in such a way to reach a conclusion that allows to identify the problems and give them solutions, in order to improve the development of the establishment. In the development of this research, it was possible to show the problems that affect the development of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Baba Canton, one of them being the deficiency in the administrative processes due to lack of knowledge of the secretaries, and on the other hand also, their scarce application of secretarial techniques, causing the delay in the professional productivity of the members of this institution. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se efectuó con el propósito de determinar la gestión administrativa y su ejecución laboral de las secretarias en el gobierno autónomo descentralizado del cantón Baba, puesto que la gestión administrativa es esencial para iniciar con cualquier proceso administrativo dentro de una institución u organización, de la misma manera la ejecución laboral es importante para la productividad y eficiencia de las actividades administrativas , es por eso que las secretarias deben estar en continua capacitación para mejorar las funcionalidades del establecimiento. Para efectuar este proyecto de investigación se utilizó como técnica las encuestas, las cuales fueron empleadas a las secretarias de la institución, en donde se formularon preguntas claves para obtener información adecuada acerca del tema investigativo, este con el propósito de recopilar toda la información necesaria, y de tal manera llegar a una conclusión que permita identificar los problemas y darles soluciones, con el fin de mejorar el desarrollo del establecimiento. En el desarrollo de esta investigación se logró evidenciar los problemas que afectan en el desarrollo del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Baba, siendo uno de ellas la deficiencia en los procesos administrativos por falta de conocimientos de las secretarias, y por otro lado también, su escasa aplicación de las técnicas secretariales, causando el retraso de la productividad profesional de los integrantes de esta institución. | es_ES |
